Resume

My art expresses my personal spiritual life and interests. I have come to realize that my art is a gift to me from my creator; a vehicle available for His communication and responses to the humanity and culture about me. Each piece of art that I create is born out of concepts and interests motivated by the Holy Spirit. Quite often this happens during the creative process as I come to grips and insights in my own spiritual experience.

I graduated from Otis before I became a follower of Jesus Christ as a messianic believer. Art was almost my religion but I surrendered it all to the Lord. I had several exhibitions and traveled but was feeling sad and incomplete until I put Him above my beloved art. I began to view art as a selfish pastime in comparison with the great reality of life in the Spirit until it was given back to me with the comprehension that it is a gift from the Lord.

Visual imagery is a part of my prayer life inspiring images and concepts to be expressed.
